We operate a safe and secure commercial storage facility, allowing you to free up space in your commercial premises. We are ideally situated within easy access of the motorway network being just 5 minutes from M42 Junction 2, on the Birmingham Road, opposite Abbey stadium within easy travel from Redditch, Alvechurch, Bromsgrove and Birmingham.
Our storage units are fully secured with individual alarms fitted on all units, 24 hour CCTV and ADT alarm with Red Care monitoring, and our parking and loading areas are substantial enough to cater for articulated lorries. We can take deliveries in for you, and hold onto them for you to collect, saving you valuable time. The storage facility is heated, eradicating damp, and are ideal for safely storing files, stock, office equipment, and furniture etc until you need them again. All of our storage facilities are available for self access – you will have your own lockable door, and alarm pin code.
Our commercial storage solutions are flexible and you can transfer into larger or smaller rooms at your request to suit your requirements. We have over 200 units, in over 30 different sizes from 25sq ft to 380sq ft, contracts are per calendar month with a 14 day notice for vacation and refund of any unused rent – meaning that you only ever pay for the time you need.
All our invoices are VAT invoices.
